Pandacat Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Pinglishi Pinglishi website (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

- Anonymous Usage Data: For users who are not signed in, we track the number of characters converted using your browser's local storage. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. It is used solely to enforce our free usage limit. We do not collect IP addresses or other device identifiers for this purpose.
- Personal Data (for Signed-In Users): When you choose to sign in with Google, we use Firebase Authentication. We collect the following Personal Data from your Google account:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your Google profile picture URL
- Conversion Data: The Finglish text you enter for conversion is sent to a third-party generative AI service (Google AI) to perform the translation. We do not store your input text or the resulting Farsi output on our servers after the conversion is complete. Please refer to the privacy policy of Google for information on how they handle data.
2. Use of Data
Pandacat Inc. uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service
- To manage your account and provide you with unlimited access when signed in
- To monitor the usage of the Service to prevent abuse
- To provide customer support
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues
3. Data Retention
We will retain your Personal Data (name, email, profile picture) only for as long as your account exists on our Service. If you delete your account, this information will be removed. We do not store the content of your translations.
4. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard security measures, including Firebase Authentication, to protect your personal information. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to access, update or to delete the information we have on you.
- The right of rectification.
- The right to object.
- The right of restriction.
- The right to data portability.
- The right to withdraw consent.

6. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
